The Standard Home subscription is the most common subscription we have. This comes with a treatment of 2 bedrooms and a living space. Monitors are not included is this subscription. 

This subscription is used mostly for multi-family homes and larger homes. This subscription includes 3 or more bedrooms and a living space. Monitors are not included in this price.

This is a quarterly subscription. Every 90 days, we require you to visit your mom, or grandkids, or grand dogs, for about an hour. We'll take care of your pests, and you get some quality time. It's a win-win.
