CORONAVIRUS
(COVID-19)
Disinfection & Cleaning
FACT: The virus causing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), is not the same as the coronaviruses that commonly circulate among humans and cause mild illness, like the common cold.
The worldwide Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has people, businesses, and cities scrambling to protect themselves from potential contamination. The effects of this type of biohazard situation can last up to a week and the continued spread of the disease has led to a growing number of fatalities in the US.
Coronavirus has rapidly gained a reputation for being egregiously insidious. It can survive on surfaces for up to a week and people infected by the virus don’t show symptoms for up to two weeks after infection, making it difficult to track and contain. Having trusted professionals on your side is important.
Alaska Pest Management adheres to all OSHA regulations, is certified by the Department of Environmental Conservation Alaska (DEC), is trained by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), and follows state-of-the-art procedures when it comes to coronavirus disinfection and cleaning. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is still novel, so we continually consult with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).
