5 Signs You Have Mold in Your Home
Mold odor. Some molds don't produce a smell, but many do. If you notice a persistent musty, stale odor, there might be mold in your home.
Signs of Water damage. Any long-term moisture in your home will inevitably cause mold to form. If you have any water stains, bubbling or cracking of paint or wallpaper, or discoloration of floors, walls, or ceiling, you're likely dealing with a mold producing problem.
Water Leaks. Mold growth from a leak isn't always noticeable, especially when hidden behind a wall. If you know of a leak in your home, it's imperative to get the leak fixed immediately.
